Driving Schools Directory was created in November 2005 by a working driving instructor. Its purpose is to help pupils find driving schools covering their town, county or outward postcode and to give instructors a practical place to present their services.
The directory now uses a database-backed application so that schools can maintain their own details and pupils can search the same current listing information in different ways. Featured Listings are highlighted and appear before Standard Listings in matching results.
Pupils can contact an individual instructor directly or send one enquiry to matching instructors in their town. The directory introduces pupils and instructors; lesson prices, availability and bookings are agreed with the individual school.
